In the unlikely event of your tree arriving damaged or in poor health please return the tree within 5 day's of receipt for a full refund including your postage cost,s

We realise at Barwick Bonsai that purchasing Bonsai over the net is not the normal way of buying a Bonsai. We know that customers like to see the tree in the "wood" before buying. Due to this we offer a money back return if upon receipt of your Bonsai you find that the bonsai is not for you.

 

The following conditions Apply.

 

The Bonsai must be returned to us within 5 Days of receipt using next day delivery

 

The Bonsai must be packed in the same way as we dispatch

 

The Bonsai must be returned in the same condition as dispatched

 

All postage cost's are at the buyers expense.

 

This does not effect your statutory rights.

Whilst we guarantee the Bonsai's health upon dispatch the tree's health becomes the responsibility of the new owner. We do offer free advice on all aspect's of Bonsai care.
